WHOI: Community Housing
Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution owns various residential properties in the Woods Hole/Falmouth community. The function of the Housing Office is to manage these residences for use by students and guests of the Institution. For Institution guests who cannot be accommodated in WHOI housing or for those seeking longer-term rentals in the local area, a Community Housing Page is maintained.

Woods hole lab parking

Highlighted parking lot space reserved for NEFSC employees. A parking pass is required and typically printed at the front desk upon proof of employment/approved visitation. Place the parking pass on the bottom left corner of your car windshield (inside). Note that long parking spaces are for double-parking, and requires personal information to be added to the NEFSC parking spreadsheet for coordination. The parking lot is locked on weekends and federal holidays.
