RPackage Overview

An R package is undergoing active development to document the workflows and codes used to contruct the new Climate Vulnerability Assessment.

The package will have 4 major components:

• Building the ensemble species distribution models
• Estimating exposure
• Summarizing sensitivity from expert scores
• Calculating final vulnerability scores

The following pages provide a tutorial for the different portions of the package.
